Shipping policy

At Elijah & Olivia, each piece is handmade with love and care. Please note the following regarding shipping:

Carriers: All orders are shipped using USPS or UPS.
Rates: Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of your order.
Processing Time: Orders ship out within 7–10 business days. This timeframe does not include weekends or holidays.
Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey.
Carrier Delays: Elijah & Olivia is not responsible for delays, lost, or damaged packages once they have been accepted by USPS or UPS. For any shipping issues, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.
