Return & Exchange Policy
At Elijah & Olivia, every piece is handmade with love and care. Because of the custom nature of our items, all sales are final and non-refundable.
We do offer exchanges within 3 days of receiving your order, provided that:

The requested item and size are still available.

The item is in its original condition—unworn, unwashed, and with tags still attached.
To request an exchange, please email us at customerservice@elijahandolivia.com within 3 days of delivery. Please note that not all exchanges will be granted, as availability may be limited.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Elijah & Olivia is not able to cover postage fees for items sent back for exchange. All exchange packages must be shipped with a valid tracking number, and customers should retain this information for their records.
If your item arrives with an error or flaw due to Elijah & Olivia, we will happily rectify it at no cost to you. Please be advised that we must be notified within 3 days of receiving your order.
