Do you accept returns or exchanges?

-Due to every item being handmade with limited quantity we do not accept exchanges or refunds.  If we have made an error on our part then we will make it right and refund you or send you a new item.  

When will my item ship?

-All RTS items ship out within 1-5 business days via USPS mail.  Once your item ships you will receive a tracking number so that you can track the progress of your shipment.  Please note that Elijah & Olivia is not responsible for lost or damaged packages through USPS.  

How do I know what size to purchase? 

-Each item has a size chart in the photos or in the description.  The size chart measurements are there to help you select a size.  Please note that handmade items fit differently than store bought items.  Please always check the size chart before purchasing. 

Do you take custom orders?

-Yes!  Please send us an inquiry at customerservice@elijahandolivia.com and we will be glad to assist you.  Please note that there are absolutely no returns on custom or MTO items. 

Your sold out of my size.  Will you get more sizes?

-Unfortunately due to each item being hand sewn and fabric being hand picked.  Many of the items we sell are one of a kind and may not be restocked due to fabric availability.  Please Send us an email at customerservice@elijahandolivia.com to find out if we will restock your specific item.  

We Accept Sezzle

- Sezzle is not accepted on the website as a form of payment.  Please note that the minimum purchase amount for sezzle is $35.  Anything under that amount requires immediate payment.
